Wholesale porcelain flowers for UK shops
We supply hand-shaped porcelain flowers to independent gift shops, florists, home stores, small fragrance brands, hotels, spas, interior designers and corporate gift buyers. Opening orders start at £150 ex VAT, with designs and colours mixed and minimums of 2 to 10 pieces per design. Orders are made in 3 to 4 weeks and delivered by air in 7 to 12 working days.

- Opening order
- £150 minimum ex VAT. Reorders from £150.
- Mix and minimums
- Mix designs and colours freely. Petite and Signature from 4 per design, Collector from 2 per design, Twelve Flower Spirits from 10 (months mixed).
- Larger orders
- Volume pricing on request for orders over £1,000 ex VAT.
- Sample box
- Sample box for VAT-registered UK businesses: any 3 designs at trade price plus delivery (Twelve Flower Spirits excluded), refunded against an opening order over £300 placed within 60 days. Not VAT-registered? Start with an opening order from £150.
- Lead times
- Samples dispatch within 5 working days. Orders: allow 3–4 weeks from payment. The studio closes for Chinese New Year from late January to 20 February 2027: spring orders (Valentine's, Mother's Day, Easter) by 15 December 2026.
- Delivery
- Shipped by air, DAP: delivery is quoted with each order, and you pay UK import VAT, any duty and the carrier's clearance fee on arrival (VAT-registered businesses can reclaim the import VAT). Allow 7–12 working days door to door.
- Payment
- Pro-forma invoice. Bank transfer in GBP; PayPal on request.
- Packaging
- Each piece comes in a rigid gift box with a fitted insert, a story card and a care card. Plain packaging with space for your own label.
- Fragrance
- Supplied without fragrance oil. Retailers pair it with their own oils or candles.
- Made for you
- Custom colourways from 50 pieces per design. Your own label from 500 pieces.

What is the minimum order?
£150 ex VAT for an opening order and for reorders. Mix designs and colours freely. Petite and Signature from 4 per design, Collector from 2 per design, Twelve Flower Spirits from 10 (months mixed).
Can I order samples first?

What if a piece arrives broken?
Each flower travels in a rigid gift box with a fitted insert. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it in your next order or refund it.
